Looks like my futile pleas for some music "that everyone can pretend to like" have failed.Led Zepplin are on the stereo downstairs and it looks like I'm going to have to endure them.(now you know why you don't have the option to comment.I can't imagine the ridicule I'd get for saying such).I CAN pretend to like some music. Some of Jesses music as loud and obnoxious as i find it,is a lot more bearable to me.Led Zepplin just makes me want to kill things. It's sad that everyone in the family likes it so much.Otherwise I could have mom on my side. But even she loves the singers irritating voice.Pink Floyd. Now theres something I can pretend to like.I don't like it but it's easy for me to pretend to.Another thing about Pink Floyd is I think I will like it sometime in the distant future.I really believe I will like them someday. But it's not a case of it growing on me because right now,I just don't like it.period.But Pink Floyd along with mabye the beatles and (my gosh, i hate led zepplin I'm constantly reminded of it as I hear it play downstairs)mabye some others, will probably come into my cd library in my autumn years.

I have changed the look of my blogspot if you noticed.I was a little tired of the "pumpkin" scheme.I think it's a lot cleaner looking. The sidebar displaying all of the archives is gone.It appears as though the only way to view old posts is to click on the time of each post.it will take you to my old styled website and the I suppose this will always work like this.I'm not a genius with HTML,don't want to be.I've also added a few new links on the right.I may change the colour scheme if I can figure out how,but it's not too important for me.I also got rid of the "powered by blogger" button and I a little nervous that hey're going to get after me for that.but I left the big, ugly blogger banner. So they should be alright.Hey,roll your mouse over the left side of the banner.isn't that ugly?well it's not my problem.I could'nt care less how attractive their ad is.

So let me tell you what I discovered recently that blew my mind so much I lost my breath for a second. It's only a CD so don't get yourself all worked up hoping for some sort of revelation into the mind of yours truly.I was in "CD plus" and I spent a good deal of time flipping through used CD's.Through the "new arrivals" and the "dance" (why you find CD's from Aphex Twin and Boards of Canada in the "dance" section is beyond me,But if I have to flip through 100's Jlo's CD's to find one CD from an artist on the "Warp" Label,I'll do it)after I went through the "Z" section and finding nothing of interest (Brandon must have awful taste) I decided to go check out the new, fresh, still wrapped,full-price CD's and after going through the same old electronica albums I went to the "soundtrack" section.
It's something I always do,I go to the "D" soundtracks, just out of instict. And low and behold!right at the front of the shelf facing me was the score to "Donnie Darko".A CD I've been lusting after ever since hearing the score during my first viewing of the movie and all the repeat viewings following that, for 3/4 of a year. It's an extremly moody listen and definatly recreates my initial emotions of watching that movie. The tracks are frighteningly short and the CD is no more than 40 minutes long.A bit short when compared to my Aphex Twin "selected Ambient Works volume 2" which clocks in at 2 and a half hours on two cd's.But aside from that I couldn't ask for more it has all of my faveorite moment sin the score.including the "Liquid Sphere Waltz" and the gorgeous track "Gretchen Ross" that's only 45 seconds long. This CD is apperently out of print,so you can imagine my surprise and joy..I think I'm going to get it burned with all the 80's songs mixed in.it'll make for a more complete listen.
I'm still waiting for the "Directors cut" of Donnie Darko which apperently coming out this summer, probably followed by a special 2 disc dvd which will render the DVD I own irritatingly old.Not only that, but they'll probably release a re-vamped soundtrack...oh well.
I initially went to Brandon to look for some new excersise videos, but I'd Rather sit and bloat and listen to "Donnie Darko" than watch a bunch of spandexed women with 80's hairstyle tell me to do a "Grapevine" or "Hitch Kick".No honestly if you have some videos sitting around your house getitng dusty let me know.I'd be grateful. There are 6 videos here total but it does not hurt to have a bigger more interesting library.I've been excersising for over a month now.I'm staring to lose ambition.it happens after a month and not seeing any visible diffrences (I don't step on the scale that is the most discouraging activity I can do).So I read on on the 'net one way to keep up your motivation is to list all the reasons you can think of that you want to be less fat.so I'll tell you a few,not all of them, they tend to be a little embarrassing and they also seems a little vain,I don't want to overdo it.
#11 smaller clothes
#13 less cheeks surrounding my mouth (I hope excersise would eventually cure this)
#9 less feeling of inadequtesy (sic)
( it was late and I was thinking of the word "inadequet" so I added the "t" thinking it belonged,it's in the wrong place for "inadequet" too)
I hope this method works,I haven't gone a day without excersing yet.
So how was everyones easter?I guess you can't really comment and answer that (I'm sorry I'm not really interested in hearing everyones comments, isn't that conceited of me?You can talk to me about my blog on the phone or email me or we can converse in person to,Except mom she knows I don't like her to mention my blog as it makes me uncomfortable, well,I guess anyone living in this house talking about it would not be awesome for me.This is an extremly long secondary thought eh?I bet you forgot to excpect the --> ) so I'll just assume everyone is sick like me.from the chocolate and sweets destroying their immunity system, cough.
